We started 2XUPro because we believe a cleaning service should be something you can genuinely rely on — people you feel comfortable welcoming into your home, doing the work the same careful way every time.
Claudia and Bruno bring nearly 10 years of professional cleaning experience to every home. That experience includes long-term clients who have trusted us with their homes for nearly 10 years.
Today the two of us personally lead the day-to-day work, and as the company grows we're building a team around the same standards, so the care and consistency stay exactly the same.
Those long-term relationships are what we're proudest of, and what we intend to carry forward.

No. We don't offer laundry or professional organizing, decluttering or closet organization. While cleaning, we may make simple visual tidying adjustments to items already in the space.
No. We bring our own professional supplies and equipment, including our own eco-friendly options. If you'd prefer we use specific products in your home, just let us know and we can use customer-provided products.
There's no need to clean before we arrive. Picking up clothing, toys and loose personal items simply helps us spend our time on the actual cleaning.
Recurring cleaning runs on a 7, 14 or 28-day cycle, which keeps your visit on a predictable weekday. We organize the upcoming month's appointments and confirm the schedule toward the end of the previous month, so you don't have to book each visit. If something needs to change during the month, we'll work with you to adjust when possible.
Yes. During the free estimate we review your priorities and agree on the scope together, and applicable items or services can be added or removed based on your home's needs.
Cash, Zelle, Venmo, and check.
No. You're welcome to be home, but it isn't required. If you're away, we use the access method arranged with you in advance and secure the home the same way when we leave. You'll receive notifications when the cleaning starts and when it's finished.
We love pets — we just ask that they're kept safely away from the areas being cleaned while we work, for the comfort and safety of your pets, your family and our team.
